The Happy Blend scent reminds me of the ocean, the forest, and of being in the mountains. I feel calm, relaxed, and like all my troubles have been washed away. I used the Sunrise in the morning when I was starting to wake up or feeling a bit low. The Sunrise inhaler packs a punch of lemon grapefruit and bergamot sents. Relax is a sent of lavender and calms the tension and headaches quickly. Happy is a pick me up during the day. So I used it every day. These are great for none medication using individuals or needing something holistically that doesn't interfere with daily life.
