So it's my first time trying these. Im not smoker.
I've been tired constantly and have no energy. On the days i work or not. My brother told me about these vitamin pods. Even though I get plenty of sleep. And I'm horrible about taking my vitamins. the vitamins in pill form I use to take, always gave me some sort of stomach problems. I hate pills you have to swallow. So I thought I'd these. And wow. I have to honestly say I feel so much better! I take it everyday a few times throughout the day. And no stomach issues either.
