LUVV Labs is an approved member of Svensk Egenvård. Svensk Egenvård (Swedish self-care) consists of suppliers of food supplements, herbal medicinal products, natural remedies, weight loss products and sports nutrition in the Swedish market.
How do LUVV Inhealers work?
Each device contains a liquid vitamin concentrate that we heat at a low temperature to create a breathable mist. You activate the heating mechanism when you inhale, and then you inhale the vitamin-infused vapor.
The heating of the supplement liquid concentrate is set at the optimal temperature, producing supplement-infused vapor that is inhaled and then absorbed through the mucus membranes in your mouth, nose and throat.
How will I know when my LUVV Inhealer is fully used?
The indicator light will flash 3 times and the device will not produce any more vapor. Be sure you have your next one ready to go so you'll never run out!
How fast might I absorb the active ingredients?
The absorption can be almost immediate, as the infused vapor is inhaled it is directly absorbed by the mucus membranes in your mouth, nose and throat. The ingredients do not have to be slowly absorbed through your digestive tract like with traditional vitamins or drinkable supplements.
Can I travel with my LUVV?
Of course, you can pursue a healthy lifestyle and all your wanderlust while taking your LUVV Inhealer with you. Just bring it in your carry-on, it’s that easy. But don’t use it on the plane. The airlines don’t like that!
How long should my LUVV last?
It depends on the user, because everyone inhales the vapor in a different way. Each disposable device should last around 700 inhalations, and each pod 4-pack about 800. We recommend taking up to 20 inhalations per hour, but you can use as often as needed. Depending on how often, it should last about 1-3 weeks or more. The CALM, when used only nightly before bed can last over a month.
What do I do with my LUVV Inhealer when it is finished?
When your LUVV Inhealer or pod runs out, simply dispose of it. You can also find locations that recycle our devices here. Sustainability and protecting our environment is something we are very passionate about. Recycling saves energy and water, lowers pollution and greenhouse gas emissions, improves air and water quality, preserves landfill space and conserves natural resources. As a company, we want to make a positive impact on this Earth, and pass on the important message of reduce, reuse and recycle.
Any cautions about care and use?
For optimal use, we recommend not leaving the product in a hot area, like in a car when it’s over 75 degrees. Products should be stored in a cool, dry place, ideally at room temperature or below.
Are there age restrictions for purchasing LUVV products?
LUVV Inhealer products are not intended for persons under 18 years of age. While our formulas are completely safe to use and there are no age restricted ingredients, we do not wish to encourage the hand-to-mouth habit that may lead to unhealthy habits, like smoking or nic vaping.
Is there nicotine in LUVV formulas?
Absolutely not! There is ZERO nicotine, tobacco, THC or cannabinoids in any LUVV formula. We take pride in helping people find a viable alternative to addictive ingredients.
What temperature do the LUVV devices warm the vitamin liquid to?
LUVV Inhealers warm the liquid at a low temperature in comparison to other devices, to maintain the integrity of the vitamins and supplements - about 240°F or 115°C.
Are LUVV formulas kosher / vegan?
Yes, our ingredients are kosher and vegan, containing no dairy or animal products at all. While the products are not certified kosher, our ingredients are made in an SGS-ISO certified cleanroom.
Is it safe to inhale the vapor from LUVV products?
LUVV products contain no harmful ingredients and no fillers like vitamin e acetate, no diacetyl, no diketones, and no acetyl propionyl and acetoin. Our vitamin-infused concentrates are delivered through an oil-free carrier base made up of organic vegetable glycerin (VG) which is a vegetable based liquid and propylene glycol (PG) which is safe and commonly used to carry flavor in food products.
LUVV Inhealers are NOT marketed as "essential oil diffusers" and our carrier liquid does not contain any oils.
Is propylene glycol safe to inhale?
We use GRAS, ISO certified ingredients to ensure your safety. Propylene glycol has been used in day to day food and consumable items for over 50 years, and it is GRAS approved by the FDA. The amount of PG in edible items is so little that there are no harmful effects even if consumed for long periods. We use PG because a carrier base that is 100% vegetable glycerin is very thick and difficult to inhale and exhale effectively, while a VG/PG blend is much more enjoyable. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, not including weekends/holidays, orders received before 12:00 PM PST will usually be shipped that business day. Note that this processing period is NOT accounted for in the estimated shipping time. The ESTIMATED shipping time shown at checkout refers to AFTER the package is received the carrier and is not guaranteed.
If you choose the Free US shipping option, the package should arrive 2-5 days from the ship date, depending on your part of the country. The Priority option should arrive 1-3 days after the ship date. Please note that actual transit time is subject to possible delays beyond our control.
International orders will take longer, typically 1-2 weeks in most cases. We recommend ordering from an international distributor if possible.

We ship anywhere in the United States and most other countries.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes, we ship all orders in plain boxes with non-descriptive return address information.
Can I track my order?
Yes! We’ll send you an email or text once your order has shipped and your LUVV is on the way, and keep you updated with tracking information and delivery status. If you do not receive this information within 3 business days, please email us at contact@luvv.co and we’ll make you our top priority.
This all sounds great, but what if I'm just not happy with my purchase?
We aren't happy if you're not happy, so if you are unsatisfied with your LUVV experience, simply let us know at contact@luvv.co within 30 days of your order.
Depending on the circumstances, we can issue a refund or replacement. This is a big deal - most of the other brands in our space do not offer refunds for used products, charge a restocking fee for unused products, and have an only 15 day return period.
