How long will it take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, not including weekends/holidays, orders received before 12:00 PM PST will usually be shipped that business day. Note that this processing period is NOT accounted for in the estimated shipping time. The ESTIMATED shipping time shown at checkout refers to AFTER the package is received by USPS. This transit time is not guaranteed, as USPS can experience delays.If you choose the free domestic shipping option, your package will be sent via USPS First Class Mail and should arrive 2-5 days from the ship date, depending on your part of the country. The Priority option should arrive 1-3 days after the ship date. Note again that transit time is subject to possible delays beyond our control. International orders will take longer, typically 1-2 weeks in most cases. We recommend ordering from an international distributor if possible.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States and most other countries. If you are not sure, please be sure to email us before placing your order.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. We ship all orders in plain boxes and bags with non-descriptive return address information.

Can I track my order?

Yes and we encourage you to do so. We’ll send you a notice once your order is completed and your LUVV Air is on the way. You’ll get tracking information and updated package status. If you do not receive this information in a timely manner, please email us and we’ll make you our top priority.

Domestic Shipping

In spite of dramatically increasing shipping and logistics costs, we continue to provide FREE domestic shipping for all orders within the USA.


Any order received before 12:30 pm PST / 3:30 pm EST on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be shipped the same day. For example, if an order is placed on Friday at 3:00 PM PST it will ship out on the next business day, which is Monday. If an order is placed on Monday at 12:29 AM PST it will ship by end of day, Monday. Approximate transit time from the date the order shipped is determined by the method of delivery chosen at checkout (First Class, Priority, or Express).


Please note: The estimated delivery time at checkout refers to number of business days after the processing period. This expected time frame is NOT a guarantee, as delivery services may experience unexpected delays. Expedited shipping costs will not be refunded because an order was not delivered in the exact number of days estimated due to the processing time, or because of weekends or public holidays.

International Shipping

LUVV ships internationally to some countries. Before ordering on this website, we encourage you to check our International Ordering page to see if we have a local distributor in your country.


We encourage our customers to familiarize themselves with any applicable laws, regulations, or taxes that may affect the delivery of your order. LUVV does not assume responsibility for international shipments that are taxed, lost, held, or stopped by authorities in the receiving country.


A significant Value Added Tax (VAT) may be imposed by the United Kingdom and other receiving countries. While LUVV will gladly ship products to most countries worldwide, it is not uncommon for foreign countries to confiscate or refuse LUVV shipments. Countries, where this has occurred, include Brazil, Singapore, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates. Please note: Customers choosing to ship LUVV products directly to those countries will be responsible for the purchase price of the order and all shipping charges. LUVV will not refund orders stopped by customs. If you suspect your LUVV shipment may be stopped by customs, we suggest shipping products to a friend in the United States.
