I'm trying to stop vaping nic, slowly. I sleep with my nic vape every night smoke it throughout the night when I might wake up to pee and in the morning before I even really open my eyes I'm reaching for my vape for my first breath of the day 🥴. I love this product. I hide my nic and now sleep with this! Lol and it calms me when I'm winding down and really helps me sleep.
